What pony bridles do you stock?

We carry the Dyon pony bridle range across the New English Collection (Flash, Grackle, X-Fit Anatomic), the Working Collection (Crank noseband, Figure 8 noseband), the Anatomic Flash Noseband Bridle, the Difference Bridle and the Double Bridle. All come in pony sizes alongside cob and full.
How do I size a pony bridle?

Pony sizing fits most ponies 12hh-14.2hh. If your pony has a particularly fine or heavy head for its height, contact us before ordering. The anatomic bridles in particular fit closely - the better the fit, the more the anatomic shaping helps.
Which noseband suits a pony?

A flash noseband suits most everyday riding. A figure-8 (grackle) helps ponies that cross their jaw over fences. A combined noseband sits between the two. The Dyon Anatomic Flash and X-Fit Anatomic patterns are the right starting point for ponies that tighten through the poll, throat or ears.
Are the bridles available in matching sets with reins?

Most Dyon bridles can be ordered with matching reins at point of order. Dyon's pony-size rein patterns (5/8" and 1/2" rubber, web with leather stoppers, plaited finish) pair with the bridle range. Tell us your preference and we'll spec the bridle and reins together.
Which brands do you carry for pony bridles?

Dyon is the anchor brand for pony bridles in our range. CWD and Butet also make pony-size bridles to order; contact us if you'd prefer a CWD or Butet bridle for your pony.
How should I care for a leather pony bridle?

Wipe down after every ride. Clean weekly with a mild saddle soap and condition sparingly with a quality leather balm. Avoid heavy oiling and direct sunlight. Store unbuckled on a bridle rack in a cool, dry place.
