We ship worldwide from our store in Thurles, Co. Tipperary, fully tracked, with import duties pre-paid for the UK, US and Canada so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Ireland and Northern Ireland are fixed rates. International prices are a typical starting price: DHL prices each parcel on weight and destination, so the exact figure is calculated at checkout. Our ranges are drawn from twelve months of real DHL invoices, not guesswork.

What you will pay by order size

Heavier parcels cost more to send internationally. Typical DHL Express costs by order weight:

Up to 1 kg (bridle, bit, supplements): £22 to £30
1 to 2 kg (reins, leathers, a halter): £22 to £32
2 to 5 kg (boots, a rug, a jacket): £25 to £38

Free pickup at our Thurles store

Order online and choose pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready to collect, which is not always the same day. Collection is free of charge from our store:

Equijump Ltd., Park Avenue, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, E41 YP80. Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Irish time.

Bulky items, such as most La Gee yard equipment and the larger stable fittings, are collection-only from Thurles because courier surcharges on oversized items are disproportionate to their value. Smaller items in the same range can often still ship at a fair rate. Contact us if you are unsure.

Theault horseboxes are arranged separately, not shipped. Please contact us to arrange a viewing or delivery.

Duties, taxes and tariffs

Most of our overseas orders travel Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with DHL. Import VAT, tariffs and customs charges are calculated and collected at checkout, then paid to customs on your behalf. The total you agree to at checkout is the total you pay, with no customs invoice on delivery.

Ireland: Irish VAT is included in the price shown. Nothing further to pay on delivery.
Europe (EU): Prices include VAT and goods move freely within the EU. Nothing further to pay on delivery.
United Kingdom: Shipped DDP. UK VAT and any import duty are collected at checkout and paid for you. No charge on delivery.
United States: Shipped DDP. US import duty (typically 10 to 25 percent, depending on the item and where it was made) is collected at checkout. State sales tax is added where it applies. Each shows as a separate line, with nothing to pay on delivery.
Canada: Shipped DDP. Canadian duty and tax are collected at checkout and paid for you.
Rest of world: Customs and duty are set by your own country and charged on delivery. They are not included in our price.

On a small international order, shipping and duty are a large share of the total. A $30 grooming product shipped to the US can reach roughly $75 once express shipping and duty are added. On a higher-value order, the same charges are a small fraction of the total. Everything is shown in full before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

In-stock orders placed before midday Irish time usually ship the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed later, or on a weekend, ship the next working day. The delivery windows above begin from the day your order ships, not the day you order.

Fittings, made-to-order items and custom leatherwork run on their own timelines, which we confirm with you directly.

Tracking

Every order ships fully tracked. When your order is dispatched, you receive an email with the carrier and a tracking number.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@equijumpltd.com with your order number and a photo of the packaging and affected items, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Full detail is in our returns and refund policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law, including your right to a refund for faulty goods and your right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
