The CWD Mademoiselle is the only saddle in the 2Gs range designed specifically for women. Built on a redesigned Dynamick carbon Kevlar saddle tree shaped to suit the female anatomy, it delivers the same close-contact performance as the standard 2Gs but with a lighter frame, slimmer twist, and foam-padded seat that removes pressure from the pelvis. Available in sizes 17 to 18 with 11 customisation colours.
What Makes the CWD Mademoiselle Different from the Standard 2Gs
The standard CWD 2Gs Semi Deep Seat is a unisex jumping saddle. The Mademoiselle takes the same Dynamick platform and reshapes it around the female pelvis. Women naturally tip their pelvis further forward than men to keep their spine straight, which shifts their centre of gravity and puts pressure on the pubic symphysis. Without the right saddle shape, this leads to discomfort or compensation through poor posture.
The Mademoiselle addresses this with a U-shaped flat seat and targeted foam padding at the front and at ischial level, so the rider can maintain a correct position without pain. The saddle tree itself is lighter and slimmer, giving a closer feel to the horse while still providing the structural support needed for jumping.
Dynamick Saddle Tree and Close Contact
Like all CWD 2Gs saddles, the Mademoiselle is built on the Dynamick injected carbon Kevlar saddle tree. This composite frame acts as the backbone of the saddle - every component (stirrup bars, seat, panels) is inserted directly into it rather than layered on top. The result is an integrated carbon seat that places the rider's centre of gravity 1.5 cm closer to the horse than a conventional saddle.
The wide opening of the Dynamick tree also frees the horse's movement when jumping. Panel screws are integrated into the panels rather than sitting on top, which improves saddle fit and eliminates added thickness.
Comfort and Rider Position
The Mademoiselle is built around three comfort features that matter for female riders. The slim twist gives closer leg contact and a more natural thigh position. The foam-padded seat targets the perineal and ischial region specifically, reducing pressure where women feel it most. And the flexible flaps make girthing easier while allowing freedom of movement in the rider's leg.
The overall design is lighter and more slimline than the standard 2Gs, which makes a noticeable difference over long schooling sessions or competition days.
Customisation Options
The Mademoiselle 2Gs can be personalised with 11 colour options for the piping and stirrup leather keepers - pink, blue, red, cream, orange, silver, brown, green, and gray among them. Stirrup leather keepers are integrated to avoid extra thickness and are lined with your chosen colour. The cantle guard screws are concealed with coloured piping for a clean finish.

What is the difference between the CWD Mademoiselle and the standard CWD 2Gs?
The Mademoiselle uses a Dynamick saddle tree that has been reshaped for the female pelvis. There is also a CWD 2Gs Kid sized for younger riders.
Can men ride in the CWD Mademoiselle?
It is designed specifically for women's anatomy. While there is nothing stopping a male rider from using it, the seat shape and padding are optimised for the female pelvis and may not be comfortable for male riders.
Is the CWD Mademoiselle saddle available outside Ireland and the UK?
CWD products purchased through Equijump are only available for delivery to Ireland and the UK.
What sizes does the CWD Mademoiselle come in?
The Mademoiselle is available in seat sizes 17, 17.5, and 18.
If you don’t love your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of it arriving with you.
- We are a small business so returns are not free & you will have to absorb the shipping cost yourself
- For items shipped to the United States, any tariffs paid are non-refundable.
- All items should be returned in the original packaging and condition they were received
- Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund/exchange. For item(s) returned after the stated time period we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, marked or are not in original condition.
- We cannot refund any items until we receive them. If they have not been received safely back to us or get lost in transit we are not in a position to process the refund. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.

To request a return, first you need to log into your account, find the relevant order and select the product(s) that you would like to return:

- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned and the condition is checked, you will receive a refund.
Used Saddles Trial

We want to be sure you are happy with your used saddle purchase so there is a 10 day trial period on all used saddles. Please note this starts from the date of purchase.

If you're not entirely happy with the saddle within the 10 days of purchase, follow the process above to submit a return request. We will then send you the instructions for the return.

Once the saddle arrives back to us in its original condition then we will happily issue you a refund.

We understand there can be delays with sending items back so don't worry if we receive the saddle outside of the 10 day trial period we will still issue your refund once we receive the saddle back

If you decide you don't totally love your used saddle after 10 days that's ok because once you let us know within 30 days of purchase we will issue a Credit note!
