Trust Equestrian Baby Pelham Leather bit, made in the Netherlands. Short leverage shanks for mild curb action; naturally tanned leather mouthpiece softens with saliva for a highly sensitive horse.
Description
The core of the bit is made of reinforced nylon. The leather that is stitched around this core, is naturally tanned without chemicals. The saliva production softens the leather bit and makes it more pleasant for the horse.

The flexible mechanism in combination with the taste of the leather, makes the bit particularly suitable for horses with a sensitive mouth. A unique feature is the round construction and the flexibility of the leather mouthpiece.
About Trust Equestrian

Trust Equestrian is a Dutch equestrian house based in Oisterwijk, run by brothers Teun and Bas van Riel. The brand makes both bits and leatherwork, with everything handcrafted in the Netherlands - bits welded and polished by hand, bridles cut and stitched from European full-grain leather.

Trust's bit range is developed in close contact with riders at competition level: prototypes go from concept to working model in the workshop, then back out to riders for feedback before any model goes into production. The result is a bit catalogue with a strong reputation for soft contact and rider-led design.

The leather collection follows the same principle - anatomically shaped bridles built for modern sport horse heads, in full-grain leather chosen for durability and feel. Trust products are stocked across European show jumping and dressage yards.
