Dog Toys

We currently stock two Kentucky Horsewear dog toys: the Toy Dog Bone and the Cotton Rope 8 Loop. The dog bone is a chew-and-fetch toy; the cotton rope suits tug-of-war and tugging play.

The Cotton Rope 8 Loop holds up well to determined chewing and pulling. For specifically power-chewer-rated toys (heavy duty rubber, reinforced rope), contact us and we can source on request - the current stocked range is more for general play than dedicated power-chewer use.

The Toy Dog Bone is generally safe for unsupervised use with a sensible-sized dog. The Cotton Rope 8 Loop is designed for interactive play - if used unsupervised, a dog can sometimes pull threads loose. For unsupervised play with a determined chewer, supervise initial use to confirm the dog interacts safely.

The Cotton Rope 8 Loop suits puppies for tug play and chewing. The Toy Dog Bone is sized for adult dogs - check the bone size against the puppy before unsupervised use. Always supervise puppy play with any toy until you're confident the puppy interacts safely.

The Toy Dog Bone is a plastic and rubber blend designed for repeated chewing and fetch. The Cotton Rope is natural cotton fibre, hand-knotted into the 8-loop pattern.
