We currently stock the Theault Fatbike MBE Folding Electric Bike - a folding electric mountain bike with fat tyres designed for yard, show ground and country use. The folding frame makes it transportable in the back of a horsebox or 4x4.

The Fatbike MBE has a battery range that depends on terrain, rider weight and assistance level. On flat to moderately rolling terrain at average assistance, expect a real-world range in the typical e-bike range of 40-80km. The bike is designed for short to medium yard, show and country trips rather than long-distance commuting.

The Fatbike MBE is a pedal-assist electric bike conforming to EU pedelec rules (assistance up to 25km/h, max 250W motor) which makes it road-legal in Ireland without a driving licence, insurance or registration. Always confirm the specific spec and any local rules before riding on public roads.
