We stock the Kentucky Horsewear Lucky Charms range, including the Drop and Bullet variants. These are decorative weighted charms designed to attach to the ear-tip braids of a Kentucky Wellington fly veil.
Where do your lucky charms come from?
The Kentucky Lucky Charms are part of the Kentucky Horsewear range, designed in Belgium and produced in Kentucky's standard supplier network.
Can lucky charms be attached to a hat or bridle?
The Kentucky Lucky Charms are specifically designed to attach to the braided ear tips of Kentucky's Wellington fly veil range. They're not designed for direct attachment to a hat or bridle - they need the braided loops on the fly veil to fit. For decorative bridle accessories, see bridle accessories.
What sizes do the lucky charms come in?
The Drop and Bullet variants are different shapes rather than different sizes. Both are sized to balance and hang correctly from a standard Wellington fly veil ear braid. They're not tools - the size is purely about visual proportion.
Do you offer matching lucky charm sets?
The Drop and Bullet patterns can be combined across a fly veil for a coordinated look. Most riders fit two charms (one on each ear). Tell us what you have in mind and we'll help with combinations.
Are the lucky charms suitable for everyday riding?
Yes - they're designed for use both in the show ring and at home, attached to a Wellington fly veil. Whether they're competition-legal depends on the discipline and class - decorative additions to fly veils are sometimes restricted in formal classes. Always check the rule book before competing.
