A jumping saddle pad is a saddle-shaped pad cut to fit a jumping saddle - the cut is more forward than a dressage pad to accommodate the forward flap. When should I use a jumping saddle pad?

Use a jumping pad in every ride with a jumping saddle. For schooling, choose a hard-wearing washable pad you don't mind getting dirty. For shows, choose a smart pad in your stable colours or a decorative finish (pearls, glitter, velvet) for ring presentation.
How do I match a jumping saddle pad to my saddle?

Match the size to your saddle's seat size - the pad should extend slightly beyond the saddle in all directions, typically 5-10cm of pad showing all the way around. Most Kentucky pads come in pony, cob/full and dressage sizes.
Is a jumping saddle pad machine-washable?
