Thanks to its technical know-how and its local production resources, Horse Pilot has developed this mask adapted to the health crisis linked to Covid19.
Knitted in 3D in a single operation near Annecy, France, it is seamless and easily adapts to all faces. Its single-layer construction provides comfort, breathability and lightness: it weighs only 15g. It is made of a special polypropylene yarn: it does not absorb moisture and can withstand a washing temperature of over 95 degrees Celcius (200 °F). It is very breathable, limiting fogging when wearing glasses. You adjust the length of the elastic yourself to your head circumference. Completely respectful of the environment, the yarn is European and Bluesign® / OEKO-TEX 100® certified.
Following the test protocol described in the DGA document of March 25, 2020 and tested by IFTH, the Horse Pilot M100 mask is compatible for use of the UNS1 and UNS2 mask type. It can be reused and washed 30 times at 60 degrees for 30 minutes (see care). One size.

- We are a small business so returns are not free & you will have to absorb the shipping cost yourself
- All items should be returned in the original packaging and condition they were received
- Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund/exchange. For item(s) returned after the stated time period we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, marked or are not in original condition.
- We cannot refund any items until we receive them. If they have not been received safely back to us or get lost in transit we are not in a position to process the refund. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.

Submit a return request
To request a return, first you need to log into your account, find the relevant order and select the product(s) that you would like to return:
- Sign into your customer account. Click here.
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned and the condition is checked, you will receive a refund.
Used Saddles Trial

We want to be sure you are happy with your used saddle purchase so there is a 10 day trial period on all used saddles. Please note this starts from the date of purchase.

If you're not entirely happy with the saddle within the 10 days of purchase, follow the process above to submit a return request. We will then send you the instructions for the return.

Once the saddle arrives back to us in its original condition then we will happily issue you a refund.

We understand there can be delays with sending items back so don't worry if we receive the saddle outside of the 10 day trial period we will still issue your refund once we receive the saddle back

If you decide you don't totally love your used saddle after 10 days that's ok because once you let us know within 30 days of purchase we will issue a Credit note!
